About the event
Goshen History Day — Bringing Revolutionary History to Life
Rocky will represent the Sons of the American Revolution at Goshen History Day, joining the Grassy Run Historical Arts Committee for a day of hands-on history for local 5th and 6th grade students and the public.
Through the stories of Manley and Solomon Rowe, Rocky will share a personal connection to the American Revolution and help students explore the people, choices, and experiences behind the history they learn in the classroom.
Goshen History Day also features demonstrations of historic trades and crafts, including blacksmithing, rope and broom making, wool spinning, pioneer cooking, and more.
